What will you learn?
Export Management, Part One – Due Diligence is the first seminar of a series that will provide you the tools to better your export management process. The program that will teach you the necessary due diligence concepts and practices to help you manage your company’s export control procedures, transactions and decisions. You will gain a better understanding of the International Traffic and Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Local company representatives and government officials working with export controls and due diligence daily will provide you insights into their best practices and provide you practical advice for developing your own export management compliance program.
